Perfect hotel with amiable and pleasant staff. Well decorated and new-fashioned rooms with fast working WiFi and coffee. Very clean beds, perfect after a long day in Lodz.

The breakfast spread was delicious and the building had a charming appeal. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The overall comfort of the stay was great. The availability of free Wi-Fi, off-site car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, laundry services, flat-screen TV. The VIP check-in/out was a nice touch. Plus, pets were allowed and there was a strict no smoking policy on site. If the price was more reasonable, it would be an excellent choice.

I always come back to this hotel because it has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, off-site car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, laundry. The staff even helped me with a phone charger. Can't wait to return for Easter!
